We are delighted to announce that our project Convention and Banqueting Centre in Riyadh City at an advanced stage of construction, with completion set for later in the year. This new 85 Million USD luxurious development focuses on providing a unique and engaging experience from initial arrival, exploiting its monumental setting and architecturally referencing its classical style within each design element.
Situated on the prime location on HRH Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman Road, a more than 40,000 SQM built up area. We developed our own concept from scratch and providing multi-disciplinary services on the project through to completion, including roles of Architect, Lead Consultant, Interior Designer, Structural Engineer, Contract Administrator and Construction Supervisor.
